The problem
Workforce data sits in separate HR systems and spreadsheets, so planning decisions are made without the full picture.
The approach
A dashboard prototype for headcount and workforce composition, plus a conversational query bot. Org-chart modelling and scenario planning are still ideas.
A trade-off
I am trying a graph database for reporting lines alongside document storage. Org structures are naturally hierarchical, but two databases have to be kept in sync.
